Jacquelin Signorelli

Jacquelin Y. Signorelli, 64 of Oceanport passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, October 13, 2016. Born in Neptune, Jaki grew up enjoying both Englishtown and Long Branch before moving to Oceanport in 1984. She retired in early 2016 from Monmouth County Human Resources, Freehold, NJ where she worked for many years as a Personnel Assistant. She will be most remembered for entertaining others with her poetry and songs and hosting holiday events full of love and laughs for family and friends. Jacquelin was predeceased by her husband Anthony F. Signorelli, her parents Frank and Veronica Iann and her brother Umberto Taormina. She is survived by her two children; Andrea Brown and her husband Carlos-Luis of Boston, MA and Nicholas A. Signorelli of San Francisco, CA., grandchildren; Valentina and Helena Brown, sister; Angela Taormina, sister in law; Enrica Taormina, brother in law Frank Signorelli and his wife Barbara, nieces; Vivian Taormina, Julie Taormina, Catherine Taormina Addeo and her husband Nick, nephew; Umberto Taormina, good friend; Stephen Lamm and her cat Balkie. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at the Hoffman Funeral Home, 415 Broadway, Long Branch, NJ from 5:00-8:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 am, Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at Our Lady Star Of The Sea RC Church, of Christ The King Parish, Long Branch, Interment will follow in Woodbine Cemetery, Oceanport, NJ.
